10 Movies to watch out for in 2011

2010 was a great year for Hollywood movies…..Well,2011 is going to be an even greater year for movie buffs

There are a lot of movies to watch out for and I'm sure a lot of you are excited…personally, I'm excited coz Jack Sparrow is back this year as are 'Bella and Edward' and also the hangover crew….And to top it all off Tom Cruise is back for (guess???……………….)Check out the movies below and keep the release dates open in your diaries…..

-THOR
; Coming out on may 6 is a great movie for all u comic lovers…..it's not ur normal superhero movie though

-PIRATES OF THE CARRIBEAN; ON STRANGER TIDES
; coming out on the 20th of May….all I can say is Jack Sparrow is back!!!!!!!

-HANGOVER PART 2
 Coming out on may 26th…well, if u watched part 1 I'm guessing u  are as excited as I am…though I wonder what it'll be about….

-TRANSFORMERS; DARK OF MOON;
Coming out on July 1st……If u liked the 1st two…well……

-HARRY POTTER AND DEATHLY HALLOWS;
PART 2 coming out on July 15…The first part didn't have too many good reviews..Hope this doesn't disappoint us!!!

-COWBOYS AND ALIENS
Coming out on July 29th..I hear it's about westerns and aliens as the name suggests…..obviously!!!

-THE TWILIGHT SAGA; BREAKING DAWN PART 1
this was meant to be the last movie in the series but it is divided into two parts…..EDWARD N BELLA are back…..oh and Jacob…lol!!! ….

-THE MUPPETS;
Coming out on November 23…remember the Muppets from when we were little…miss piggy, fozie bear and the rest of the gang??? Well they are hitting ur T.V screens soon!!

-MISSION IMPOSSIBLE; GHOST PROTOCOL;
Coming out on December 16th……Tom cruise is here again!

-GIRL WITH THE DRAGON TATTOO;
Coming out on dec 21...based on a book by Steig Larsson and has to do with hidden crimes, family jealousy and investigative journalism….sounds interesting!!!

Big Brother Africa Top Five reloaded

The top five of the recently concluded Bigbrother Africa were recently united at a special edition reunion show .

Uti nwachukwu (Nigeria) ,Munya chidzonga(Zimbabwe) ,sheila kwamboka(Kenya) , Mwisho Mwampamba(Tanzania) ,Lerato sengadi(South Africa) were visited by the anchor Ik osakioduwa  in their respective countries to know and reveal what they have been doing since they left BigBrother house. The journey that will be broadcasted however  reveals how all the five housemates join IK in a studio in south Africa to discuss the effect of the show on their lives


The bigbrother africa journey will be shown  on  Sunday January 16 on M-Net East (17.00 CAT) and M-Net West (19.00 CAT). The program will also be screened on AfricaMagic (Monday January 17 at 20:00 CAT), AfricaMagic Plus (Tuesday January 18 at 21.45 CAT) and MagicWorld (Tuesday January 18 at 16.55 CAT).

Sade Adu leads the nominations for 42nd NAACP Awards

The nominations for the 42nd NAACP Image Awards have just been released with  Sade adu leading the pack with four nominations, including Outstanding Female Artist. Other artists who scored nods includes Rihanna, Kanye West, Usher, Nicki Minaj, Willow Smith, BeyoncĂ©, Maxwell and Alicia Keys. The event will broadcast live on March 4th at 8 PM ET on FOX .see the list of the nominees below
