Stay Active, Stay Young September is Healthy Aging Month, a time to think about ways we can implement positive changes to impact the future. It sounds intimidating, but it's not about making giant lifestyle adjustments. Simple substitutions and additions to your normal routine could end up making a big difference! I just started walking to work (like really, just started—as in yesterday); it's a built-in time for exercise that will save me money on gas and will leave me feeling a bit more sane (goodbye, Los Angeles traffic!).
