September is Healthy Aging Month, a time to think about ways we can implement positive changes to impact the future. It sounds intimidating, but it's not about making giant lifestyle adjustments. Simple substitutions and additions to your normal routine could end up making a big difference! I just started walking to work (like really, just started—as in yesterday); it's a built-in time for exercise that will save me money on gas and will leave me feeling a bit more sane (goodbye, Los Angeles traffic!). From cooking with fresher ingredients to trying out a new sport to wearing sunscreen every day, there are tons of ways to help the future you! --Rachel Horn
