| Posted: 24 Apr 2011 10:58 PM PDT  A Trybe Records Initiative, where we asked unsigned Nigerian artists to send in their music for an opportunity for exposure, a feature with eLDee on his next album project, and a possible music recording deal with Trybe Records. we got thousands of entries and have been through the rigorous process of selecting the top 10 artists from the pile. The top 10 artists were selected by our experienced panel of judges. The judges include Nigerian music bloggers, music producers, successful artists, record label executives and general music enthusiasts around the world. The concept of TOP TALENT is to provide a platform for unsigned talent to become visible to the entire entertainment industry and music lovers across the globe. To ensure this, the top 10 talent's song's are listed for voting online, which promises visibility and helps generate an instant fanbase for most, if not all the artists. Trybe Records has also created strategic partnerships with media groups that will guarantee visibility for the top 10 artists through radio airplay and street promotion. Our goal at Trybe Records is simple, we hope to assist talents who otherwise are unable to launch their careers due to adequate funding or placement, by providing a springboard platform. TOP TALENT seeks to help raise the bar in the music industry by providing a level playing field for highly skilled talents across the country.
