Nelson Mandela turns 93

Today,Africa's hero turns 93. Born Nelson rolihlahla mandela on 18 July 1918 Known as Madiba, which is an honorary title adopted by Mandela's clan, Mandela has not stopped receiving awards for his contribution to world peace.  
Mandela has been given over 250 awards in the last four decades of his life. The height of this was the 1993 Nobel Peace Prize. The hosting of the last FIFA World Cup held in South Mandela was not out of the instrumentality of the personality of Mandela. The emancipation of the South African spirit owes its continued survival to Mandela.
Without doubt, the progress witnessed today in all the spheres of South Africa's national life is tied to Mandela. Once again the world celebrates with Rolihlahla at 93.

Bigbrother Amplified -Bernadina,Zeus and Mumba evicted

         This week in Bigbrother amplified house, Vina from Nigeria, Bernadina from Namibia, Lomwe from malawi,Mumba from zambia,and zeus from botswana are the nominees for eviction .

      Bernadina ,zeus and Mumba were evicted respectively . Vina and Lomwe were saved by having higher votes .Only 10 Housemates are remaining in the house

How Africa Voted:
Bernadina: 1 Country Vote - Namibia.
Zeus: 2 Country Votes - Botswana and South Africa.
Mumba: 3 Country Votes - Zimbabwe, Zambia and Angola.
Vina: 4 Country Votes - Nigeria, Ethiopia, Rest of Africa and Ghana.
Lomwe: 5 Country Votes - Malawi, Uganda, Tanzania, Kenya and Mozambique.


Two Winners will be announced on 31st July, Who and who do you think would win?

Weekly Topten movies at the Box office - Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 tops

       Weekly topten movies at the box office is here , Harry Porter and the deathly hallow part 2 is a new entry and Number one on the chart.
        it took in $168.5million over the weekend which surpassed the $125 million opening of the first "Deathly Hallows" installment last november.
      Last week chart topper transformers;Dark of the moon has been moved to the second spot with $21,250million revenue.See the full list below.

    Former 'Pussycat Dolls' Nicole Scherzinger and her boyfriend Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamiltonare engaged after fours years of relationship, her father has revealed.

    In an interview in The Mail on Sunday's Review today, Alfonso Valiente says the 26-year-old former world champion has proposed to the singer, who he has been dating for four years.
The proud father, who has never before spoken publicly about his famous daughter, admits he speaks of the F1 star as 'my future son-in-law'
