Cissy Houston,the mother of the late R&B superstar Whitney houston is getting ready to release a tell-all book about daughter. New York times reports Cissy met with publishers in New York this week to shop a book about her daughter, Affectionately calling her daughter "Nippy," her childhood nickname, and appearing emotionally and physically drained, Ms. Houston met with publishers in a suite at the St. Regis Hotel. Ms. Houston, 78, described the book as the real and definitive story of her daughter, the pop legend who died on Feb. 11 in Beverly Hills at the age of 48. Talking about the book proposal to publishers, Ms. Houston seemed eager to set straight what she called "lies" about her daughter that have circulated in public discussion about her. "She said, 'There are so many lies out there and I want to dispel all of those lies,'" one publishing executive said."It's going to be the bad, it's going to be the good," . The book, to be called "The Whitney I Knew," will capture personal stories and anecdotes that reveal Houston's warmth, generosity, and humor," the publisher said in a statement. It is expected to be released in July.  | ||||

Mr. 2Kay released his debut album in March 2012 and his music is getting massive airplay in the South. His hit song, Waterside Boy and Run This Town, which featured Duncan Mighty, is also the people's favorite in Port Harcourt.

American singer Mariah Carey and husband Nick Cannon have renewed their wedding vows for the fourth time in paris. The couple's publicist Cindi Berger revealed they renewed their vows Friday at the Eiffel Tower in Paris, France. She said the couple celebrated with an "intimate ceremony after a romantic dinner at the beautiful Jules Verne restaurant" just after midnight local time. Carey, 42, and Cannon, 31, married in the Bahamas in 2008 after a whirlwind romance that began just months earlier. Carey gave birth to their twins, son and daughter Moroccan and Monroe, last April. Cannon was hospitalized in January and later diagnosed with inflammation of the kidneys. He resigned from his New York City radio show in February to help his recovery.
