Judge Dismisses Lawsuit Over Grammy Categories Cuts

    A lawsuit filed against the Recording Academy over its decision to trim the Grammy Award categories from 109 to 78 has been dismissed by a judge in New York.
      The motion last week by New York State Supreme Court Justice Jeffrey Oing granted the Academy's motion to reject a lawsuit brought by Grammy-nominated jazz musician Bobby Sanabria and three others. 
     Sanabria had been the loudest opponent of the Academy's decision last year to reduce its categories and fold some genres into larger fields.

   Academy President and CEO Neil Portnow says he's gratified by the court's decision.In his lawsuit, Sanabria accused the Academy of not following the proper procedures to implement the changes, and demanded that the best Latin jazz category be reinstated, saying the removal had a detrimental effect on the musicians' careers by taking away the Latin jazz category specifically.
   Sanabria on Sunday held out the possibility of an appeal, and said he was waiting to see the judge's official ruling.

     Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom pulling the plug on their E!reality TV show .According to TMZ, the reality TV star and the NBA player are exiting their "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" spin-off.
    The Dallas Mavericks player, who was recently placed on the team's inactive list, wants to reportedly focus on his basketball career.Sources tell TMZ  the couple will occasionally appear on "Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

Beyonce on surrogacy rumours- "It wasn’t hurtful, it was just crazy"

   Beyonce has finally talked on the reports that she had used a surrogate to bring Blue ivy carter into the world.The R&B superstar who was recently named People's 2012 Most Beautiful Woman, opened up to the magazine about the rumours. 
  "That was crazy. It wasn't hurtful, it was just crazy," beyonce tells PEOPLE Magazine. "[I thought] 'Where did they come up with this?'
Beyonce's mother tina knowles was also not happy with the rumours, 
"I thought it was very unfair and very cruel that someone would think that someone would be that diabolical to keep up a charade like that for nine months," she says. "As a mother it was painful for me to hear the crazy rumors. And I even had people ask me, which was so ridiculous"
    In a now infamous Australian interview that soon became a viral hit on the Internet, Beyonce's baby bump appeared to collapse upon itself as she sat down in the interviewee chair, leading to speculation that the singer was sporting a prosthetic bump.
 Beyonce says, "It was a fabric that folded — does fabric not fold? Oh my gosh, so stupid.".
