Shireen is a great supporter of charities and has been using her role as a Queen to highlight some certain issues in West Africa that need changing and she continuously promotes togetherness as a tool towards a better continent. Shireen is also a graduate from University though modeling is her number one passion. Shireen hits our cover this September with thanks going to the MWA crew & in this issue, she tells Zen how her journey has been so far, her love for the Miss West Africa event and her plans after her reign as a Miss West Africa Queen. | Spice Girl' Mel B gives birth to baby girl Posted: 02 Sep 2011 12:47 PM PDT  Singer Mel B, who rose to fame with British girl band Spice Girls, has given birth to a baby girl. The 36-year-old, whose full name is Melanie Brown, is married to film producer Stephen Belafonte. She took to Twitter to announce the arrival, posting an update in the early hours of Friday morning. "Finally our baby arrives, Stephen nearly passed out, Phoenix screamed, I laughed so hard the baby popped out. She is just sooo amazing!!" A representative for Brown said, "both mom and baby are happy, healthy and doing well."  | ||||||||

In an interview with a south african publication, kim explains thus; I can't comment on that pregnancy because a woman circle is very irregular and I am really going under pressure. I think I should be able to determine if I am pregnant. At first people were calling me if I was engaged and now my pregnancy status, I really don't know where it is coming from. People have not bothered to call me to find out what is going on, that's malicious damage and I can sue them for that. I can sue them for spreading malicious damage and it is unfortunate that they did not call me to find out what was going on. I'm not pregnant," Kim said. "That is when I am pregnant at the moment ,I am not pregnant I would like to focus on something. Right now I am in South Africa, the SA community has invited us for a party and it was very well attended and I am really glad that the South Africans took an effort to really appreciate us," Kim said.
Millicent reunites with step brother through BBA Kenyan Big Brother Amplified representative Millicent Mugadi has reunited with her stepbrother thanks to the reality show. According to Millicent, her brother, who now resides in Malawi, saw her on TV and recognised her immediately. "I was shocked when a lady journalist approached me during the eviction party in South Africa and told me that my brother had sent her to me. She even showed me his photos," Millicent told Word Is. "My father had many wives so I was not surprised and I'm very glad that we are even communicating now," she added.

She has already completed her promo album which features full production from KC Boy and Justin Caes. The music is a fusion of Afro Pop and Hip Hop and is set to be released in the fall of 2011. | Mo' Cheddah faces assault allegations Posted: 01 Sep 2011 01:10 AM PDT  The man is said to have bombarded his twitter timeline with the matter saying the singer and her boy friend had come down on him because he called her 'big nose'. Aboderin is said to have claimed that they had met at David O studio in Lagos and Mo Cheddah's boyfriend had taken aim at him and missed but ended up hitting someone's wife. Aboderin is credited with these statements: "Mo'cheddah, her fat nose, her bf, his kpomo lips, all came to attack me while I was working in David O's studio today". "God made her nose that way. She can do surgery or deal with the comments. It comes with the spotlight. She cursed my daughter." "As for the young man in question. I admire his courage. However, what happens next is out of my hands. He hit someone's wife in the process". "She said she would cut off my daughter's fingers and serve it to her on her birthday". "She also told me that I will bury my daughter. All because I said she has a big nose".
