Pharrell Williams Hired As Music Consultant For The 2012 Oscars

      Grammy-winning songwriter/producer Pharrell Williams and Oscar-winning composer Hans Zimmer will join the the 84th Academy Awards as music consultants for the upcoming ceremony in February.

   "I am honored to work with my mentor and teacher, Hans Zimmer, and I have wanted to collaborate with Brian Grazer on something for years," Williams said in a statement. "I cannot believe I will be joining them and their teams on the most prestigious show of the year, the Academy Awards."
      This marks the first time both will be working the Academy Awards.The 84th Academy Awards, hosted by Billy Crystal, will air Feb. 26 on ABC.

Rihanna stars in the New Trailer For The Movie 'Battleship

   Universal has released the second official trailer for the movie "Battleship" starring pop star Rihanna.
 Rihanna plays a Navy weapons officer Raikes alongside Liam Neeson, Alexander Skarsgard, and Taylor Kitsch in the $200 million live-action movie based on Hasbro's naval combat board game. Battleship is rihanna's first big movie.

Gulder ultimate search 8 Winner Emerges tommorow

   After 13 gruelling weeks in Edo State, Gulder Ultimate Search Season 8 ends tommorow .Kelvin Durst, Promise Ojiegbe and Anastasia Azike, Anthony Igwe, Christopher Okagbue, Fejiro Ejogbamu, Tony Horfall, Sunday Gyang and Patience Ihongbe  made the topten contenders but four were evicted  leaving six .
     The survivors are Kelvin Durst, Anthony Igwe, Tony Horsfall, Christopher Akagbue, Fejiro Ejogbamu and Anastasia Azike, who is the last female contestant standing.Anastasia will automatically get N1M  for being the last girl standing.
The winner walks away with  N7M ,a brand new SUV and N500,000 wardrobe allowance for one year.
