Grow Big Arms With These Bicep Training Programs

A lot of times athletes get caught in a trap of boredom. This mean they perform the same old bicep training over and over again and this kills their spirits and put a screeching halt to their bicep gains.

The fact is, a new approach and a new bicep training routine will not only help your keep up your spirits but it will also help you build bigger arms faster. Your body always reacts to new things. It adapts to the old ones so giving it something fresh and new will help spur new growth

This the first routine of your new and improved bicep training

Standing barbell curl 5 sets 14, 11, 7, 7

You can't skip out on this move or go easy. You need to train really hard with this. It is the perfect bicep builder and it is as important as a bench press for the chest muscle. So make sure to do this will the heaviest weight possible within the assigned reps

Inclined bicep curl 5 sets 15,12,10,8

This incline bicep curl has the best range of motion out of all bicep exercises. It will help connect and develop your biceps and forearms in a unique way and give you the overall bicep look that makes people take attention

Hammer curls 3 sets Drop sets

Throwing in drop sets to your bicep training routine will seriously add some intensity to your routine and this adds muscle size. To perform a drop set use a weight that will cause you to fail at 10 reps , when you fail grab a lighter weight and continue to perform reps to failure. Do this 3 times and that will be one set.

Reverse curls 3 sets 10, 10, 10

This is a solid biceps building finisher and it will help complete your bicep training routine...

This second routine of your bicep training is made to cut deep cuts into your bicep muscles.

EZ bar neutral grip curl 3 sets 10, 8, 8

Superset

This is a very solid bicep superset. Why? Well because it consists of two main core bicep movements which are known to beef up skinny arms I no time at all

This bicep training routine is designed to add definition to your arm and to really spice your workouts up. Its tough and the intensity is high but it will shock some new growth into your bicep muscles

This is a really good bicep training routine finisher. You need to work the forearm bicep connection if you really want eye pleasing biceps to manifest itself.

So there you go. Two fresh bicep training routines to take your biceps to the next level. Try and use one of these routines every bicep workout. Or use one for a week or two then change it to another. In bodybuilding its all about keeping things fresh so don't perform a workout for a long period of time.
