| M.I Renews Contract With Chocolate City Records Posted: 20 Apr 2012 09:52 AM PDT  Paul okeugo,MI Abaga and audu maikori after the contract signing Chocolate city records frontman M.I Abaga has renewed his contract with the record label. The contract was signed earlier today ,though the terms have not been disclosed. Rumour has been going round that M.I is leaving choc.city after launching his own record label ,Loopy Music few weeks ago.The rumour has just been refuted by the contract renewal .  M.I signing the contract renewal M.I has released two albums talk about it and MI2 under chocolate city music.  | ||

| Mike Tyson Got a Prison Guard Pregnant While In Prison Posted: 20 Apr 2012 04:22 AM PDT  Former Heavy-weight champion Mike Tyson claims to have gotten a prison officer pregnant when he was in jail. The 45-year-old retired boxer who served three years of a six-year prison sentence for rape in 1992 and returned to jail for nine months in 1998 following a road rage conviction revealed the woman in question did not have the child, but he refused to elaborate on any other details. Asked by ESPN host Rick Reilly what he has left out of his one-man show 'Mike Tyson: Undisputed Truth', he said: ''I didn't talk about getting a prison official pregnant. ''Oh yeah. In prison, stuff happens. But she had no baby.'' Mike who has eight children also discussed the many drugs he used to take, describing the substances, both legal and prescription, as his ''little friends''. He said: ''I just liked morphine, but I had to take a lot of it because it didn't stay in your system for a long time.''And I'd have my cocaine, and I had my marijuana, and I had my Cialis and Viagra and my little friends all sitting there.''  | ||

| Mo'Hits Records Lawyer Reveals Deal Details, Calls for Amicable Settlement Posted: 20 Apr 2012 01:07 AM PDT  Mo'hits records lawyer has revealed some details about the whole deal. In an exclusive chat with punch newspaper ,the lawyer has advised both parties to sign over their stakes in their two major companies, Mo'Hits and Koko Holdings, so that each person would hold on to one. The lawyer states: "In Consideration and Mutuality of D'Banj signing over to you (Don Jazzy) his entire stake in Mo'Hits Records Limited, you in return sign over to him your stake in Koko Holdings Limited, with the Catalogue now undifferentiated as between 'D'Banj' and 'non-D'Banj' sub-catalogues, (which is) in keeping with your express wishes. In view of recent events which are indeed surprising, I think it is an optimal way forward. Before Mo'Hits imploded, the relationship between D'banj and Wande Coal, one of the artistes on the label, had been anything but cordial.The Mushin-bred singer was reportedly rude to D'banj at the height of the success of his debut album, leading to his being placed on suspension from releasing any song. The album was released in 2009 and up till December 2011, no new material came from him except for a collaboration with Ghana group, R2Bees, on the song, Kiss Your Hand. Thus, pitching his tent with Don Jazzy is perceived as getting back at D'banj" Wande coal had earlier tweeted "God, please don't let the success you have given me get to my head to the extent that I will forget my humble beginnings". In a related news ,D'banj has been listed on Uk's Mercury records website.Mercury records is a record label operating as a standalone company in the UK , Australia and as part of the The Island Def Jam Music Group in the US, both are subsidiaries of Universal Music Group.
