Jennifer Hudson Gives Teary Testimony During Family Murder Trial

      The trial of the man charged with murdering three of Jennifer Hudson's family members resumed Tuesday with the Oscar-winner shutting her eyes as a police officer described finding her dead family members.
   Hudson sat next to her fiancé as prosecutors shifted their focus to presenting crime scene evidence in the case against her former brother-in-law, William Balfour.
    Prosecutors created a buzz Monday by calling the Oscar winner and "American Idol" finalist as their first witness, but on Tuesday they began getting down to the nitty-gritty of their case.
    With no surviving witnesses to the murders, prosecutors must offer overwhelming circumstantial evidence that Balfour committed the grisly crime on Oct. 24, 2008.
   Jennifer Hudson took the witness stand in sometimes tearful, gut-wrenching testimony. Hudson, who was in Florida at the time of the shootings, spoke of her family and her reaction to her sister, Julia Hudson, telling her in 2006 that she was marrying Balfour.
"None of us wanted her to marry him," the 30-year-old said, her voice cracking as she struggled to hold back tears.
    Later, Julia Hudson described how Balfour repeatedly threatened her and her family after she rejected his pleas in May 2008.
  If convicted of at least two of the murder counts, Balfour would face a mandatory life sentence.

Actors Guild Of Nigeria Election Holds Friday

      Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN )Election has been scheduled for Friday April 27 & 28 ,2012.The election was to take place in ekiti state march 17 before it was postponed again.The new venue is yet to be revealed and it has caused controversies among the AGN members. The election had been shifted three times in the past .
    Emeka Rollas, Ibinabo fibresima and steve eboh are vying for the Guild's top position and the winner will be in charge of AGN for the next three years.

  Model and TV personality, Kim kardashian has revealed she wouldn't be famous without the internet and the social media.Kim was interviewed by paper magazine 


   When asked if she thinks she and her family would would have become famous without the Internet:

      Kim: I don't think so. I think a lot of our fanbase, and a lot of our connection with people is Internet-based. I think that the Internet has brought on a different kind of celebrity. We are very well aware of who we are, and what our place is. We are so active on Twitter, on our Facebook pages, we are writing back, we are connecting. We enjoy it. 


Kim was also asked if she ignores the haters who bad-mouth her on Twitter:

Kim: I love writing them back. People will write me, "My phone battery lasts longer than Kim Kardashian's marriage," and I'll write back, "Oh, which phone is that?" When people are so stupid, you just have to have fun with it. Someone [without a profile photo] will say I'm fat, or a hairy Armenian, and I'll write back, "Oh, that egg picture of yours is so gorgeous.
