Warner Bros Releases The Dark Knight Rises official Trailer

   Warner Bros. Pictures has just released the official trailer of The Dark Knight Rises
Sypnosis
Batman is now hunted by the law led by his friend Commissioner Gordon for taking the blame of Harvey Dent's murders and protecting his reputation. He must quickly deal with the arrival of new villain Bane who is bent on the destruction and chaos of Gotham City, face old wounds and get a handle on the enigmatic Selina Kyle before his city is lost for good.

     The Dark Knight Rises stars Christian Bale as Batman, Tom Hardy as Bane, Anne Hathaway as Selina Kyle/Catwoman, Gary Oldman as Commissioner Gordon, Morgan Freeman as Lucius Fox, Michael Cain as Alfred, Juno Temple and Josh Pence as a young Ra's al Ghul. 

In theatres ; July 20th, 2012.

Stella Damasus and I considered Marriage - Sammy Okposo

    Popular gospel singer Sammy Okposo has disclosed during a TV interview  that he and nollywood actress stella damasus have considered getting married in the past . 
He said :
 "We were very closed , it was something that we really considered,especially after jaiye ,Oh my God Rest in peace Jaiye ,she wanted a friend and i looked at it i said ok ,are we going to spoil this ,if we take it to that level?we considered it , we looked at it , can we try it?"
   Sammy continued " At that point stella was very fragile , she didn't need any more try your lucks,this is somebody that has been your friend, you dont want to be like ,you were the one who got her to that place where she said you know what ,forget all these guys ,so i was very  very mindful of that and i didnt want to spoil that".

Elvis Chuks Premieres Victims of the Society in Grand Style

    Nollywood actor and producer Elvis Chucks had the industry stars troop out in their number to the premier of the movie "Victims of the Society"
    The long awaited and much anticipated movie finally debuts in grand style at the prestigious Agip hall of the Muson Center Onikan on the 10th of December. In attendance were many celebrities, individuals from different walks of life who trooped out in their number to grace the red carpet and also support  Elvis Chuks. 

    Amongst them are; His excellency, The Lagos State Governor, Mr Babatunde Raji Fashola (SAN) and The deputy Governor of Lagos state, Mrs Ajoke Orelope Adefulire both represented by the commissioner for health Dr Femi Nneka and Isaac Moses,Agatha Amatha. Lilian Bach,Cossy Ojiakor,O.C Ukeje amongst others.
    
    The movie "Victim of the Society" is an advocacy flick done artistically in the aftermath effect of child abuse. It takes a holistic look at what happens when a child is turned into a monster and when the monster is unleashed on the society. The movie explores the damaging effect of abuse and the role of the society. 
     The movie paints a picture of a growing child from a remote area who constantly witnesses the abuse of his mother by his drunken father and he has to come to terms with his two younger sisters who hawk on the street for survival. The movie is intended to sensitize the people on the dangers of child abuse, neglect and women abuse.

    Popular Yoruba movie actor, Ishola Durojaiye known as Alaasari died  on his way  to promote his  movie'omo night club" in abeokuta and died later this morning due to the injuries sustained, May his gentle soul rest in perfect peace.

Talented ,C0median CD John was coming from an album launch ,he had an accident with his car ,and was rushed to st Nicholas and Lasuth ,where he died . 


   Chidinma Mbalaso of Koko Mansion fame was  driving back from Kaduna where she had purchased her first car, before being hit by a Motor Cycle, and then rushed to  a nearby hospital where she later died.May her soul R.I.P




  Nollywood veteran actor, Ashley Nwosu slumped on a movie set  and went into coma, he died at Military hospital ,Yaba ,Lagos.May his soul R.I.P

James Cameron Sued for $2.5Billion Over Avatar Movie

    Avatar  director James Cameron has been sued for the second time in nearly as many weeks by someone claiming to have come up with the idea for the sci-fi mega-hit.Bryant Moore , a science fiction writer claims Cameron used the two screenplays as the basis for "Avatar."
    In his lawsuit, Moore points out various similarities, including bioluminescent flora/plant life, unbreathable atmospheres, matriarch support of hero vs. heroine, spiritual connections to environment and reincarnation, appearance of mist in scene, sunlight to moonlight, crackling from gargantuan foliage, blue skin/green skin and battle scene on limbs/branches.


   Accordong to TMZ, Moore is also going after 20th Century Fox and Cameron's production company.  He wants more than $1.5 billion in actual damages and more than $1 bil in punitives.
    Cameron's attorney, Bert Fields, and Fox both slammed the latest suit by science fiction writer Bryant Moore as without merit. 

Avatar was released in 2009  and raked in more than $2.78 billion worldwide.
